Cancellation
After cancellation, paid access usually remains available until the end of the paid period. The payment platform and in-app terms control the final behavior.
Refund requests
For Web checkout refunds, contact support with your account email and order information. App Store or Google Play purchases follow their platform refund process.
Access after refund
Pro or Premium access may stop immediately after a refund, chargeback, failed payment, or expired subscription.
Abuse
Repeated refunds, chargeback fraud, free-limit abuse, or multi-account bypass attempts may lead to account suspension.
